Terms and conditions

The service is intended for self-employed practitioners and for practices. The account holder warrants the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of their credentials.

An account is personal. Sharing one account between several practitioners is not allowed, the Practice plan exists for that.

The trial lasts thirty days and includes five video sessions. No card is requested at registration, and no automatic renewal takes place at the end.

Prices are stated including VAT. Billing is monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe.

The Solo plan includes forty sessions per month. Beyond that, each additional session is billed at 0.75 EUR. The service is never interrupted mid-month for exceeding the allowance.

The Founders rate, 19 EUR including VAT per month, is guaranteed for twelve months from subscription, limited to the first two hundred accounts and to registrations received until 31 October 2026.

The subscription is entered into with no minimum term. It renews by tacit agreement at each due date.

Cancellation is done online from the account, at any time and with no notice period. It takes effect at the end of the current period. Amounts already paid for the current period stay with the publisher.

We aim for 99.5% availability as a monthly average, excluding announced maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced at least forty-eight hours in advance and scheduled outside usual consultation hours.

The service depends on the connection quality of the participants, which is outside our control.

• Do not circumvent the technical limits of the service, and do not attempt to access sessions not intended for you.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to distribute unlawful content.
• Do not resell access to the service without prior written agreement.

VisioConsult is a means of communication. The service carries a video conversation between a practitioner and their patient, nothing more.

The practitioner remains solely responsible for their professional acts: whether a remote consultation is appropriate, the content of the consultation, the advice given, the referral of the patient and the follow-up.

The practitioner remains solely responsible for their invoicing, for the documents they issue and for the obligations attached to their profession.

VisioConsult provides no medical advice, takes no treatment decision and intervenes in no session content.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

The service, its code, its brand and its content remain the property of the publisher. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

The publisher's liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amounts actually paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

Indirect damage is excluded, in particular loss of clientele, loss of turnover and reputational harm.

These limitations apply neither to fraud, nor to gross negligence, nor to personal injury.

Any change to the terms or prices is announced by email thirty days before it takes effect. A customer who refuses the change may cancel before that date, free of charge.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office.
